By accessing or using ShootIQ ("the Service"), including our website at shootiq.ai and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ShootIQ is an AI-powered camera settings assistant that provides recommended camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance) based on user-selected camera equipment, shooting scenarios, and environmental conditions. Settings recommendations are generated algorithmically and are intended as starting points, not guarantees of specific photographic results.
Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free Tier: Access to a limited selection of camera bodies and brands, all shoot types, IBIS calculator, and flash settings. Free tier includes advertisements.
Pro Subscription ($3/month): Access to all 400+ camera bodies, all brands, no advertisements, unlimited preset saving, and priority support. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pro subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store's refund policies. Web subscriptions processed through Stripe may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service does not meet expectations. Contact support@shootiq.ai for refund requests.
All content, design, code, algorithms, camera databases, and branding associated with ShootIQ are the intellectual property of ShootIQ and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without written permission.
Camera body names, brand names, and lens designations referenced in the app are trademarks of their respective manufacturers (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, etc.) and are used for identification purposes only. ShootIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by any camera manufacturer.

ShootIQ provides camera settings recommendations on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that recommended settings will produce specific photographic results. Photography outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond camera settings, including lighting conditions, photographer skill, equipment condition, and subject behaviour.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure camera data accuracy but do not warrant that all specifications, IBIS ratings, or sensor data are error-free. Always verify critical settings independently for professional assignments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShootIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed photographic opportunities, equipment damage, or lost revenue.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes. Camera body database additions, setting algorithm updates, and feature improvements may occur without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
